I received a free copy of this book in exchange for a honest review. I absolutely love this series which star Kyrt, a strong alpha, and his mate Zan, an omega unlike any other I have read about. Zan is strong, brave, kind, smartcard is skilled in hunting, and fighting.Though they are expecting their first child, they have embarked on their journey to reach the Eastern forest in the hopes of being able to provide for a better life for their family. On their way they encounter a group of being who have forgotten how to shift. Their shaman, Kava, who forsaw their arrival is also an omega but needed their help in teaching him how to shift among other things.
I can't wait for the next installment and would recommend this series to everyone.

This is a great m/m romance. I loved the story line and plot to this series. Kyrt and Zan have lots of surprises in store for this short but good book. I received a copy of this story in exchange for an honest review.
I think this one is my favorite so far. Meeting the new omega was different.. Cool... Their village sounded so beautiful. I don't think I could have left. I think also that Zan and Kyrt deserve some happiness. I can't wait until they make it "Home".

The third book of "Desert Wolf", OMEGA Born,was a relief to read after the tense reading of the first two. I needed a break from violence and evil and this was it. Thanks for that Ms. Blackfang. There was love and sexual content 'aplenty' and now I can't wait to read book. Thanks for the free book in order for me to give a honest review of the book.
This series just keeps getting better and better. I've learned now that before I start any book by Canis to make sure I have at keast an hour to spare because once I start I want to finish. This was a great detour from the usual shifter world were its always about fighting and death, although I was waiting for the other shoe to drop! I was on a total emotional roller coaster, this series made me feel like I was part of the story it self. It was so pasionate, compelling and heart felt.

This was an interesting part of the story. Zan and Kyrt traveled a great distance toward the forest land and we're ready for a break. They were found and taken to a village were they met Kaga a seer and omega and his soon to be mate, Wivaya. Kaga was also an omega shifter. Although Kaga had only shifted once when he was young he soon got the hang of shifting. The village people were more accepting of the mating of Kaga and Wivaya because of Zan and Kyrt's visit. I recommend reading the third part of the collection to find out about the mating ceremony and weather or not Kyrt and Zan decide to travel on alone or settle in this peaceful village among friends.
